About
The story behind CairnSpace

Alan Dale Jones
Founder
I built CairnSpace to give people on GLP-1 medications a private, ad-free space to track the parts of the journey that actually matter day to day — meals, hydration, side effects, and small wins — without their data becoming a marketing asset for someone else.
The tools that already exist either chase you with pharmaceutical advertising, treat your weight as the only metric worth recording, or pretend to be a clinic when they're not. CairnSpace is honest about being a lifestyle companion: a place to build habits, compare notes with peers on the same medication tier, and stay grounded between appointments with your actual prescriber.
I'm an independent solo founder — no VC, no pharma sponsorship, no behind-the-scenes data partnerships. The product is built and supported by one person who cares about getting the details right.
What CairnSpace is — and isn't
Is
- A habit and side-effect tracker
- A private journal you fully own
- A peer-matching community by dose tier
- A meal-planning helper for low-appetite days
Isn't
- A clinic or telehealth provider
- A source of dosage or titration advice
- A diagnostic tool
- A pharmacy or prescription service
CairnSpace does not employ clinicians, pharmacists, or medical reviewers. Always consult your prescribing healthcare provider before changing your medication, dose, or titration schedule.
